for this store?
Interviewee: Yeah, I’ve heard ASDA is an enjoyable company
to work for.
Interviewer: Ok good, shall we go through some scenario
questions?
Interviewee: Okay, sure.
Interviewer: So you’re on the tills and a member of the
public cant find an item in the store then ask you for help. What do you do?
Interviewee: I shouldn’t leave the till unattended so I
would use the tannoy to call another available member of staff.
Interviewer: Okay then, what if there are no members of
staff available?
Interviewee: Then I will patiently tell the customer that a
member of staff will be with them shortly.
Interviewer: Very good. That’s we need from you, we’ll
contact you during the week with our decision. Thanks for coming in.
Interviewee: Thank you, see you soon.
